My Mission is WELLNESS.
Liv Align began as a personal mantra and reminder to “live life in alignment”. Alignment being of sound body, mind and spirit. Through all of my life experience, I have learned that staying grounded in life through the practice of MOVEMENT, FEELING, and ENJOYMENT is everything and of course, SERVICE. That is where this business formed. From a servants heart. I have always been an entrepreneur, but forming all of my gifts under one parent company was for the greater good. As a creative professional, I have an array of talents to share in helping others.
Speaking from experience, I know how much of an overstimulated and overwhelming world we live in. If what we were doing was working, we wouldn’t find ourselves in so much debt, stress, working to survive and another statistic. I like to think I have a gift in helping others discover what it is they are truly seeking by using proven tools that help eliminate some of that noise.
